Rose is an international speaker, lecturer, writer and advisor focusing on the symbiotic relationship that lean and sustainability thinking share. With nearly three decades of experience in various industries and public sectors, Rose has worked with micro-enterprises to multinational corporations across Africa, the UK, Asia, the Middle East, South America, Europe, and India. She has supported organisations in driving meaningful change. Rose served as the CEO of the Lean Institute Africa and Head of Sustainable Enterprise at the University of Buckingham. She is the author of several books, including "Clear Direction", "Making a Difference", and "Becoming a Sustainable Enterprise", as well as numerous publications related to lean and sustainability. A full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and a Chartered Environmentalist, Rose strives to use her skills for good, connecting sustainable ambitions with on-the-ground action.
